Ingredients and procedure in Making Cheese Cup Cake



PINOY CHEESE CUP CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour or cake flour
1/2 cup sugar (refined)
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs (whole)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 can condense milk (any brand)
cheddar cheese (Eden)
1 T. vanilla 

Tools, materials and equipment needed:
1 wire whisk
1 cheese grater
2 mixing bowls
spoon and fork
1 strainer
knife
measuring spoons
measuring cups
Oven
paper cups 
cupcake molder

Procedure:
1. Measure all the ingredients needed.
2. Sift the 2 cups of flour together with the baking soda. 
3. Set aside.
4. Cut the butter into cubes for easier creaming.
5. Cream the butter until smooth then add sugar, egg and vanilla.
6. Add the flour with baking powder and mix.
7. add in the 1/2 cup of condense milk and 1/2 bar of cheese.
8. Mix until done.
9. Measure 1 to 2 tablespoons of cupcake batter and put it into your molder with paper cups.
10. top every cupcake with grated cheese.
11. Bake for at least 10-15 minutes. 
12. Serve. 

The recipe can make 24 cupcakes depending on the size of your cupcake molder.
